We operate the web site (hereinafter ‘our web site’), send client text messages and provide the linked online Funeral Notices published by our web site.

Our Customers, (hereinafter ‘you,’ and the adjectives ‘your’ and ‘yours’) together with their authorized Customer Users, use our services on behalf of their Clients to publish Client Funeral Notices. We use the term Customer Content to describe data uploaded by Customers on behalf of their clients.
